Caylene Vincent has been involved with horses all her life, working for a riding school in her younger years in order to be able to ride at pony club, to joining and competing at State Level Polocrosse before spending a number of years in Western Performance, and Adult Riders.

Caylene and her husband Erik have been successfully breeding, training and competing with performance horses for a number of years. Caylene is an accredited Dressage and Show Judge, and has completed a level 4 Equine Massage Course, this was to further her knowledge on conformation (for breeding and judging) and the impact of work and saddle fit on a performance horse.

An accredited Performance Coach, Caylene has qualifications in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) complimented with a degree in Human Resources.
